Whats something unique for a birthday in Toronto?

My fiance's birthday is coming and I want to do something fun/exciting.Hes turning 26. However since the weathers getting cold there isn't as much to do. We've done the toronto tours, islands, romantic dinners..I wanted to do the new EdgeWalk on the CN Tower, but it will be closed by the time his bday roll around.

We live in Toronto so the clubs and the ROM and the AGO are old news. Anything else?Whats something unique for a birthday in Toronto?
If it's this month, there may still be time to book a birthday cruise - http://www.cruisetoronto.com/birthday-pa鈥?/a> http://www.torontoplace.com/toronto-crui鈥?/a>

There's various b-day freebies offered around T.O. - http://www.toronto.com/article/658392--b鈥?/a>

And more free stuff - http://www.blogto.com/toronto/lists/10_p鈥?/a>

You could always see about a catered party at Casa Loma - http://www.casaloma.org/Catering/caterin鈥?/a>
I miss Toronto I was born there and moved out of there at age 4. Now I'm in America and i still remember things there. About the CN TOWER! or the ZOO.Whats something unique for a birthday in Toronto?
How about Medieval Times? It sounds corny but it's actually a lot of fun.
