Is it possible to have the winter Olympics in Toronto?

I am wondering because there are no mountains, but there are a lot up north, but Toronto is the only major city.Is it possible to have the winter Olympics in Toronto?

Muskoka isn't feasible for alpine. Not enough altitude and not a world-class skiing centre.Is it possible to have the winter Olympics in Toronto?
Actually, it would be possible to hold skiing events outside the city, probably around the Muskoka region which about an hour drive.
