How do I get to London Ontario from Toronto without a car?

Minus the details, I basically need to get to London Ontario from Toronto, but I do not have a car at my disposal. I'm planning often trips to Western Ontario University and I'm not sure how I would be able to get there. Is there some bus route that I could try? Or even plane tickets? Does anyone know?
