I am currently sitting in a vapour lounge west of toronto, smoking marijuana, using free wifi. There are two other places like this in Toronto that I know of.. Im just wondering what the loop hole is?What is the legal framework behind Vapour lounges in Toronto?
You aren't *smoking* it because it's with a vaporizer.
You are bringing your own weed, so the owners of the store can't be charged with selling or possession (though they probably do have their own stash on them LOL)
Depending on the place you are at, they can sell to you if you have a green card, but that would be like giving medication so it's different (though there have still been raids)
