Approximately, how much is a two bedroom condo in Toronto for sale?

I'm not looking for anything fancy, but nothing old, slum-like either and the neighborhood should be safe enough to roam freely at night.



Location: by University of Toronto (Yonge St. Church and Wellseley or anywhere near those places!)

Preferably to have an elevator with a reliable guard

$300 000 for a bachelor and up. Check the condo fees as well. they can go up to $800 per month.
that answer is incorrect - downtown condos in a newer building for a 2br unit would start in the high $300's

Click on housing, and you'll be able to setup a filter on the left hand side of the page to include/exclude;



- No. of rooms

- Which part of Toronto you are looking for

- Distance from Toronto (I usually set mine at 25KM)

- People offering or wanted

- Price



If you're looking for a loft, you might also want to include "loft" in the search engine at the top of the page. Make sure "housing" or one of it's sub categories is selected.



Another really good resource is http://www.mls.ca/splash.aspx This has a better search engine IMO.



You can search based on;



- price

- bedrooms

- bathrooms

- location (and the results show up on a map!)

- listing dates

- open houses

- etc



Once you've searched, you can refine the search even more!



- garage

- AC

- Fireplace

- pool

- waterfront

- acreage.
