Can Lebanese people who live in Toronto, Canada renew their passports in their Consulate in Toronto?

For Lebanese people who live in Toronto, Canada, can they renew their passports in their Consulate in Toronto or they all have to go to the Lebanese Embassy in Ottawa to do?Can Lebanese people who live in Toronto, Canada renew their passports in their Consulate in Toronto?
i renewed my passport at "consulate general of Lebanon in Los Angeles"

so i'm pretty sure you could do the same in Canada. i didnt even go there...i used the postal service..mailed my passport and the fee's with a self addressed envelope...and they mailed it back. it took about 2 weeks.
as far as I know you can not do it at the consulate .. you have to go to the embassy

BUT better call and check .. because I've never been to Canada .. but my friends and cousins live there

im not sure but my dad mentioned he has to renew mine too and he didn't say anything about going to Ottawa so i think Toronto is fine.
