How is the clothes shopping in Toronto compared to America?

For example, how does price and designer brand selection compare between places like the eaton centre in Toronto and the malls in Buffalo? Is clothing in Canada more expensive? Are there exceptions like really cheap stores in Canada? How is the clothes shopping in Toronto compared to America?
Clothing in Toronto is ridiculously expensive when compared to the US. Even with the exchange rate, you'll find most items are around 20% more in Canada. And that's before you add the TWO sales taxes (clothing isn't taxed in my state, so it was a big shock) that add 13% to the price in Ontario.
Cheap clothing stores in Canada are limited to second hand/vintage clothing stores. There are some good vintage stores in Toronto. the black market has some great stuff. How is the clothes shopping in Toronto compared to America?
In general, the clothing is more expensive on top of the exchange rate. It gets quite pricy. However, there are small boutique type stores or thrift stores that would be pretty cheap.
Its exspensive.

I like ameircan shopping ordering online is th best
