How do I get about getting to Quebec City from Toronto by train?

Hey, I am planning to take my girlfriend to Quebec city for the holidays but driving is the last option of getting there for me. I was wondering(and i have checked) if there are any trains that go from Toronto to quebec city, or to Montreal and then transfer onto a train to quebec city?
