Watch for newspaper ads...
That being said.... remember the smaller under breed standard, the more health issue you have with a dog.
Breed standard states "under 7 pounds with 4 to 6 pounds preferred."
Technically there is no such thing as a "teacup" size. It's a breeder ploy to over price a puppy.
go to domesticsale.com
you can sell anything on there and there
are a lot of ads for "teacup" dogs.
I can't recommend you any breeders since
I have never owned any dog before but I am
looking in to it. Whatever you do though, do not
buy puppies from ANYONE that is selling like 10 or more
puppies though but that is just common sense. Before
you do buy one however I would strongly recommend you do
your research on the dog ince those little guys are prone to
many more health problems than a normal sized dog.
But I have to say teacup maltese are SOOOOOOOO
cute I really wish I could get one :]Where can I buy a Teacup Maltese puppy in the Toronto area?
ANYONE who tries to sell you a "teacup" dog is a scammer. There is no such thing as a teacup. They are simply extremely small dogs bred from runts who come with a laundry list of health problems. Please do not support people who participate in animal cruelty for their own financial gain. Maltese are small enough (average is 4 to 6 pounds), so why would you want a dog any smaller than the average Maltese anyway?
Ne where because there is no such thing as a teacup anything.
teacup is a term that is made up by bad breeders who sell dogs that are under the breed standards. Basically they are runts that are bred to be runts. There are many health problems with these dogs.
Teacup just means its an unhealthy runt that the breeder couldn't sell without giving it a fancy name. They live shorter lives. Don't even try to get one.
you can't, there is no such thing. they are runts of the litter, and have numerous health problems
it would be hard to find a breeder
looking into a shelter would be hard to..
the only thing i can think of is the newspaper
there is no such a thing as a 'teacup'
just search for a 'maltese puppy'
try looking in newspapers
good luck^^
Teacups are a scam...
