Would the University of Toronto accept a grad student with a bachelor's degree from outside of Canada?

I currently live in the US and plan on moving to Canada after college. I'm planning on getting a college degree in Psychology, and am not sure if the University of Toronto would accept a student into their graduate program with a degree from the US.Would the University of Toronto accept a grad student with a bachelor's degree from outside of Canada?

My graduate program at U of T (Medieval Studies) is more than half international students. I'm sure Psychology can handle an application from someone with an American degree.
