What time does it start getting dark in Toronto around early September. Im going to this hangout place type thing from 7pm-9pm but I want to bike back before it starts getting dark (as I can't bike when its dark). I realize I might have to leave early btw. What time does it start getting dark in Toronto?
I'm keenly aware of this, since I follow the Master Gardener's tip of only mowing my lawn after 7PM (within reason).
It is starting to get dark between 7 and 7:30, right now (remember, that's really 6 - 6:30, starndard time). It being "early September" now, that means it will be starting to get dark by 7PM, for all intents and purposes, and will be essentially completely dark by 8PM. (I know, I was out in the dark mowing the lawn, recently, as I couldn't get home in time to do it earlier.)
It seems August would've been a better time to get home before 9PM and still not completely dark yet.
Good luck!
Shortly after the sun goes down. It's early September now - edging into mid-September, so just look out your window tonight and figure out the time. What time does it start getting dark in Toronto?
You can also bring your bike on most transit vehicles, subways and most busses have bike racks on the front now.
about 7:30 to 7:40 pm it starts to get dark so after 7:40 its quite dark
The sun sets just after 7:30pm in early september and its 100% dark by 8:00pm
Its been dark by 8pm the last few days here in Niagara Region...so I would imagine that it isn't much different than that.
