What are some field trip locations in Ottawa or Toronto for our college?

In our Early Childhood Education class we are planning a field trip, and does anyone have any cool ideas for locations in Ottawa or toronto Ontario? they don't have to be related to anything, just as long as i will be fun and interesting!What are some field trip locations in Ottawa or Toronto for our college?
- Science %26amp; Technology Museum on St. Laurent Blvd., Ottawa;

- Our new War Museum, just built last year, on the Ottawa Parkway-heard terrific reviews on it;

- National Aviation Museum - Aviation Parkway (the north end of the Parkway), Ottawa;

- Museum of Civilization and also the IMAX Dome (inside the Museum of Civilization) in Hull, Quebec (just across the bridge from Ottawa)-take Place Portage bridge, then turn right on the first street once you cross (Laurier, I believe). The Museum will be on your right a few blocks down-hard to believe you cross over a bridge and you are in another province, lol;

- Skating on the canal (now it has just opened) - longest skating rink in North America! You can even buy "beaver tails" (cinnamon-donut tasting treat) or other good food or drink items along the way on the canal, Ottawa;

- Our Winterlude activities (ice sculpting %26amp; snow sculpting) in February, Ottawa;

- Various "ghost walks" downtown Ottawa;

- Downtown on Sparks St., Ottawa, "Sparks Street Mall". This is a "walking street" - no vehicles allowed. Shopping all along the street;

- Excellent Irish Pub on the corner of Sparks Street %26amp; Elgin, Ottawa;

- Excellent new restaurant called "Milestones" at Sussex and Rideau Street, Ottawa;

- "The Byward Market" on many of the streets off of Sussex St., Ottawa - lot's of terrific restaurants and shopping as well. Walking distance (5-10 min) after to the Rideau Shopping Centre;

- Rideau Shopping Centre right downtown, not far from Parliament Hill (almost across the street from Milestones), Ottawa;

- The Mint (where all the money is made) - Sussex Street, Ottawa;

- National Art Gallery on Sussex St., Ottawa (not far from The Byward Market);

- The "Diefenbunker" - fallout shelter out in Carp, Ontario (I believe (west end of Ottawa). I personally have been on these tour - very interesting to see - I would highly recommend this little side-trip.

Hope these ideas help. I am guessing your field trip will be held shortly, so mentioned just the activities that are available in the winter.
