I'm planning to through a party in Toronto during March, so I would like to know what will the weather be like?How is the weather in Toronto during March?

It's up and down. They say March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb, and they're generally right. Usually towards the end it's better. The very end, of course. :)
March is transitional, sometimes it still can feel like the middle of winter, cold and snowing, and sometimes it's like spring, bright and sunny, and somewhat warmer, but certainly not summer yet. It is kind of a crapshoot, and I'd suggest you prepare for every possibility.
