I'm moving from the states to toronto for university and i need to start planning my budget, pack of 20.How much are the cheapest pack of cigarettes in toronto ontario?
For a pack of 20 budget smokes you could find it for around $7-$8. On the black market you can find native cigarettes--a bag of 200 costs around $30 or maybe less.How much are the cheapest pack of cigarettes in toronto ontario?
Legal smokes, with the Federal and Provincial taxes paid, at a regular corner store are about 8 to 9 dollars a pack of 20. Don't even ASK about the cost of a carton of 200 !!!!!





Under the counter smokes, made on the Native Reserves, can be had for about 3 to 4 dollars a pack , BUT they are illegal and YOU can be charged if you buy them and the Ontario Revenue cops catch you with them.



Best solution ? Buy the legal ones and cut down on your consumption.
